How to use a derma stamp

Step 1

Clean your derma stamp/derma roller before and after each use. The most effective cleaning agent to use is 70% isopropyl alcohol for at least 5 minutes. It’s imperative to soak the head of the stamp completely (do not just use a spray on beauty sanitising spray) this will ensure that your stamp is completely clean.

Step 2

Remove any makeup from the face before using the derma stamp. Wash face and use a mild cleanser to prepare the skin. The Stayve cleansing milk is perfect to prepare skin before using a derma roller or stamp.

Step 3

Wash hands and use disposable gloves during the treatment. This will prevent any bacteria or impurities being transferred to the skin.

Step 4

Select the depth you require with the dial on the top of your stamp (find out more about depth in the selection below, we recommend always using the lowest depth to start)and then identify area you want to treat. Using a light but uniform pressure stamp the area 4-6 times. Using the stamp should not cause any pain or draw any blood.

Step 5

After using the stamp apply your serum or skin booster to maximize the absorption.

Step 6

Clean your derma stamp/derma roller and use alcohol to sterilise. Keep your adjustable stamp in a safe place away from children. You should only use a derma stamp or derma roller on your skin every 2-3 weeks. If using a higher needle length, use the stamp/roller less frequently (every 4-6 weeks recommended)
