Next day can be added to any order but please be aware that if its made after 2PM on a weekday your order will not be dispatched until the next working day. For example next day orders made on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped with Royal Mail 24/48 or DHL, either the same day or next day after purchase. Our business days are Monday to Friday. Royal Mail gives an average of 2-4 days for post to arrive on the UK mainland. 

I need my order ASAP can you help?

Yes we can help! We can send your order next day guaranteed delivery within the UK, this can be added at checkout. Next day orders must be placed by 2pm so that we can get your order processed and dispatched.

I haven't received my order what should I do?

Simply get in touch and someone will help you out ASAP.

What is you returns policy?

You can return any* unwanted purchases to us at Stayve UK within 30** days for a refund or replacement.

If you change your mind and want to use our 30 day money back guarantee all returns must be unused and in their original condition, resalable with seals intact if applicable, this is due to the nature of the beauty products that we sell. Please also be aware that we charge a restocking fee of 10% this is to cover our costs including packaging and postage of the original order.

* Unless faulty we cannot accept returns for derma rollers due to hygiene reasons and to ensure safety of our customers and colleagues.

**30 days from the date your order is dispatched from us.

All returns unless faulty are returned at your cost, we ask that all items are returned with your full name, address and order number so they can be processed quickly and easily.

It is also advisable that you return your item(s) with tracking so that we can keep you updated on your return progress.

All returns are evaluated before being processed. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

We’ll email you when we process your return. If you’ve asked for a refund we’ll credit the method of payment on the order. Please allow up to 14 days for this credit to appear on your account. If you require an exchange or replacement we will endeavour to get your order re dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your return.

What are your international shipping terms?

International orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked and/or signed or UPS or DPD – Timescales vary due to customs – Please take note that for all international purchases, buyers are required to comply with all regulations of the country where the goods are being shipped – Customs procedures vary from country to country, please check with your country’s customs office for import conditions – We have no control over any additional customs fees and cannot predict what they may be.
